International Will and Testament Day

The Charcot Foundation is participating in the Testament.be campaign. Research needs significant resources and we prefer to join a collective campaign, which is less expensive, in order to devote most of our resources to the fight against the disease.

The excellence of Belgian researchers and the great care that the Fonds Charcot jury takes in selecting research projects make it possible to support innovative projects with concrete results. However, every year, projects of great scientific interest are put aside due to a lack of available resources. A bequest is then the only way to be able to finance this promising research.

Here, your role can be critical: If it is important for you to have a positive influence even when you are no longer there, if you are convinced that only research will provide solutions to a disease such as MS, and if you are looking for a good cause that will respect your wishes, then consider supporting the Charcot Foundation in your will or making a donation. In any case, do not hesitate to ask for advice. The first visit to a notary is free. And we are also at your disposal for any questions, whether by phone or in person, in complete discretion. With the collaboration of notaries, we ensure that the testamentary provisions of each testator are properly respected.

Together with you, we hope to be able to fund research areas in the future in order to combat multiple sclerosis.
